ANNUAL REPORT 2023 AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024
Elementis plc announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, including the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting and form of proxy, are today being made available to shareholders.
The Annual Report has been prepared using the XHTML format with Inline XBRL mark up, as specified in the UK Transparency Directive Regulation and DTR 4.1.
