EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the?AIM-listed global diagnostics business, announces that the Board of EKF has been informed that on Tuesday 9 January 2024, certain funds connected to Christopher Mills, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Christopher Mills' total direct and indirect interest in the Company is 132,250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 29.147% of the total voting rights over the Company's issued share capital.
The Notification of Dealing Form required in accordance with UK MAR is set out below as is the Standard form for notification of major holdings received by EKF today.
