Directorate Change

The Board of EIH plc ("EIH" or the "Company") announces that Brett Lance Miller has today been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, replacing Paul Garnett who will step down from the Board with immediate effect.

Brett presently serves as an executive Director of Damille Investments II Limited. In addition, he is a non-executive director of M&L Property & Assets plc, Manchester and London Investment Trust plc and The Local Shopping REIT plc. Brett graduated from the University of Witwatersrand (South Africa) with a bachelor's degree majoring in law and economics and additionally holds a law degree from the London School of Economics (after having relocated to the United Kingdom in 1988). He qualified as a solicitor and practised until December 1997.

Brett was previously a Non-Executive Director of the Company until he stepped down from the Board on 27 September 2013. Since then he remained as a consultant to EIH.

Brett Miller, aged 49, has in the last five years, and continues to be, a Director of the following companies:
