Evolvence India Holdings PLC08 May 2008 RNS For immediate release 8 May 2008 Evolvence India Holdings PLC ("EIH" or the "Company") Appointment of New Board Member Douglas, Isle of Man: 7 May 2008 - Evolvence India Holdings plc ("EIH" or theCompany") (AIM: EIH.L.) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Brownto its board of directors (the "Board"). An experienced investment banker, Mr. Brown, aged 55, was until recently adirector of corporate finance at Fairfax I.S. Plc, the Company's broker.Formerly he worked for a number of investment banking firms, specialising incorporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, he heldmanagement roles at the finance divisions of the Ford Motor Company andMcDonnell Douglas. Mr Brown has, in the last five years, been a director of Gonsan Limited, afamily owned company and Inova Holdings plc, where he was a non-executivedirector until June 2007. Mr Brown was a non-executive director of BeaumontTravel Limited from December 1994 until March 1996. Beaumont Travel Limited wasplaced in creditor's voluntary liquidation in April 1996, following a decisionto close the business. In addition, Mr Brown will serve as the Chairman of the EIH Audit committee.
