PDMR Notification
VAALCO Energy, Inc. ("VAALCO" or "Company") announces that on 3 June 2021, restricted shares in the Company ("Common Shares") were transferred by the Company to persons discharging managerial responsibility in the Company as listed below, at the grant price of $3.06. The Common Shares will remain restricted for a period of one year from the date of transfer.
