eg solutions plc (AIM: EGS), the back office optimisation software company, announces today that Paul Hoban, Chief Financial Officer, has given notice of his intention to resign from his position as Group Chief Financial Officer and the Board of Directors.

The Company has begun the process of finding a replacement for Paul who will remain with the Group for his notice period to help identify a suitable replacement and ensure an orderly hand over.

Elizabeth Gooch, acting CEO of eg solutions said:
