As at 31 May 2024, the Company had 114,920,697 Ordinary shares in issue. The Company holds 4,125,099 shares in treasury. 110,795,598 is the total number of voting rights in the Company.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
