Listing and Admission of up to 100,000,000 Additional Global Depositary Shares, evidenced by Global Depositary Receipts
Further to its announcement dated 24 June 2014, EFG-Hermes Holding S.A.E. ("EFG-Hermes") today announces that the listing and admission to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange of up to 100,000,000 Additional Global Depositary Shares evidenced by Global Depositary Receipts is expected to occur on 26 June 2014 ("Admission") under the ticker EFGD.
The Admission will bring the total number of Global Depositary Shares listed by EFG-Hermes to up to 143,367,005 Global Depositary Shares.
No Global Depositary Shares or Global Depositary Receipts have been or are being offered or marketed to the public in the United Kingdom or elsewhere in connection with the Admission.
