EFG Hermes Appoints CEO of EFG Hermes Finance
Cairo, August 1st, 2016: EFG Hermes announces today the appointment of Mr. Walid Hassouna as Chief Executive Officer of "EFG Hermes Finance"; a platform that is headed by Mr. Wael Ziada, the Executive Chairperson. In addition to this role Mr. Walid will act as Group Head of Debt Capital Markets, effective today 1st of August, 2016. During his sixteen years career, Mr. Walid has become a veteran of the Egyptian banking community who has closed structured and project finance transactions worth in excess of USD15 billion.
