Eastern European Property Fund Limited ("EEPF" or the "Company")
The Eastern European Property Fund Limited is pleased to announce that United Bulgarian Bank ("UBB") (part of the NBG Group) has signed a five year lease for office space equivalent to almost 40% of "The Atrium", the property owned by the Company in Sofia city centre. UBB is one of the largest banks in Bulgaria and this lease agreement should place the Company on target to reach the yield projections set for this property.
Commenting on the lease agreement, Oliver Cadogan of Active Property Investments Ltd (the Investment Adviser to EEPF) said: "the Company is delighted to welcome UBB to this building of outstanding design and quality. The building includes a climate-controlled atrium as its centrepiece, complemented by a panoramic elevator and individual state-of-art roof gardens and really sets the standard for future developments in the city centre of Sofia.
