Emerald Energy PLC01 May 2007 Emerald Energy ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made today to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a total of 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange's main market ("Admission"). The Ordinary Shares are beingissued as deferred consideration in relation to the SNG Acquisition Agreementand the Special Resolution passed at the Company's EGM on 17 November 2006.
