Noricum Gold Limited (`Noricum Gold' or `the Company') Director's Dealings

Noricum Gold Limited, the Austrian focussed gold exploration and development company, was informed that on 16 February 2011 Jeremy Whybrow, a Non- Executive Director in the Company, purchased 444,444 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.5p per Ordinary Share* (`the Share Purchase'). Following the Share Purchase, Jeremy Whybrow's holding in the Company, along with his associate, stands at 1,444,444 Ordinary Shares representing 0.29% of the issued share capital.
