Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital
The following notification is made in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R.
On 31 March 2017, the issued share capital of the Company was 13,784,073 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares"), including 1,083,097 Shares which are held in treasury. Voting rights on the treasury shares are not exercisable. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 12,700,976. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
