Board appointment

The Board of Electronic Data Processing PLC (EDP) is pleased to announce the appointment of James Storey, ACA, as Finance Director with effect from 6 October 2010.

James (age 36) was appointed Financial Controller of EDP in April 2009 and Company Secretary in August 2009. Prior to joining EDP, James held various finance positions with Sun Chemical Group and KPMG.

There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
