Notifications under Rule 3.1.2 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules ("DTRs")
Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities plc (the 'Company') advises that it has received notification under DTR 3.1.2 from Mr John Murray, a Director of the Company, that Ecofin Holdings Limited ("Ecofin Holdings") (the parent of the Company's Investment Manager Ecofin Limited), which is a person connected to Mr Murray for the purposes of the UKLA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules ('DTR'), has entered into a loan arrangement pursuant to which securities owned by Ecofin Holdings, including 3,382,251 Ordinary Shares in the Company, have been pledged as security.
The Company has also received notification under DTR 3.1.2 from Mr Bernard Lambilliotte, the Chief Investment Officer of Ecofin Limited and an Alternate Director for Mr John Murray (and therefore a person discharging managerial responsibilities in relation to the Company) that Ecofin Holdings and a discretionary trust of which Mr Lambilliotte is a beneficiary, both of which are persons connected to Mr Lambilliotte for the purposes of the DTRs, have entered into loan arrangements pursuant to which securities owned by Ecofin Holdings, including 3,382,251 Ordinary Shares in the Company, and securities owned by the discretionary trust, including 2,858,096 Ordinary Shares in the Company, have been pledged as security.
Notifications of the above will be released on a Regulated Information Service on forms DTR3 shortly.
