Director/PDMR Shareholding
ECSC (AIM: ECSC), the provider of cyber security services, has been informed that on 27 September 2022, Gemma Basharan, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 7,348 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26.4 pence per Ordinary Share. Gemma Basharan now has a total beneficial interest in 11,562 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.12 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
ECSC has also been informed that on 27 September 2022, Lucy Sharp, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 8,172 Ordinary Shares at a price of 24.4 pence per Ordinary Share. Lucy Sharp now has a total beneficial interest in 250,807 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 2.51 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
