Director/PDMR Shareholdings
ECSC Group plc (AIM: ECSC), the provider of cyber security services, has been notified that on 29 July 2019, Ian Castle, the Company's Chief Technical Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), purchased 12,761 Ordinary Shares at a price of 78.31 pence per share and now holds a total beneficial interest in 230,769 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.54 per cent. of the Company's ordinary share capital.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The FCA notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, are appended further below.
