Director/PDMR Shareholding
ECSC (AIM: ECSC), the provider of cyber security services, has been informed that on 11 October 2021, Ian Mann, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased a total of 6,064 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 82.45 pence per Ordinary Share. Ian Mann now has a total beneficial interest in 2,322,735 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 23.21 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The FCA notification in respect of the above purchase, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, is appended below.
