Statement re: Chairman
In October 2011 Peter Johnson stood down temporarily from his responsibilities as Chairman of the Board due to personal circumstances. We are now pleased to announce that he will be resuming his responsibilities as Chairman with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank Rupert Soames for taking on the role of Chairman during Peter's absence, and also to Adrian Auer for acting as Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Rupert will return to his role as Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
