The Company has been notified that the following Director, John Pattullo, a Non-Executive Director, acquired on 18 March 2013, 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.

The shares were acquired at a price of 257.07p. 

John Pattullo now holds 10,000 shares in the Company, which represent less than 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was notified of this transaction in accordance with FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2 R.
