Grant of Options
On 22 June 2016, options were granted in Oxford to participating employees to buy ordinary shares of 10 pence (Shares) in Electrocomponents plc (the Company) at an option price of 229p, under the terms of the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme (Scheme).
Included in this grant were options over 13,100 Shares granted to David Egan (Group Finance Director) at an option price of 229p.
David's savings contract is due to mature on 1 September 2021, after which the options will normally become exercisable for six months in accordance with the rules of the Scheme.
This announcement relates to transactions notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
