Eckoh plc (AIM: ECK), the global provider of secure payment products and customer contact solutions, today announces that after 13 years with Eckoh, Adam Moloney, Group Finance Director, has informed the Board of his intention to leave the Company, when a suitable successor has been found, in order to pursue new opportunities.
The appointment process has already begun and Adam will remain with the Group to ensure a smooth transition takes place. The Group will provide a further update in due course.
