Results of General Meeting and Total Voting Rights

Echo Energy, the Latin American focused energy company, advises that at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

The proxy votes received prior to the General Meeting in favour of the Chairman were as follows:

1. A "Vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the percentage of shares voted "For" or "Against" any resolution.

2. Any proxy appointments which gave discretion to the chairman of the meeting have been included in the 'For' total.

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.0001 pence each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 31 October 2023 is 5,961,717,451, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
