Echo Energy, the South American focused upstream oil & gas company confirms that, further to the announcement of 15th May 2017, the Company has successfully completed the listing of the Loan Notes which were admitted to the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and traded on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange Euro MTF Market. The listing was effective 27th June 2017 at 10:00.
