Transaction in Own Shares
Eurocell announces that it has purchased (through Peel Hunt LLP acting as the Company's broker) the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.1p each on the London Stock Exchange. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the purchase and cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 642,000 shares held in treasury and the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held as treasury shares) will consist of 110,851,102 shares.
The total number of voting rights in Eurocell is therefore 110,851,102. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
