Directors' Dealings

Subsequent to the Placing announced on the 26 March 2010, in accordance with AIM Rule 17 (Disclosure of Miscellaneous Information) and Schedule 5, the following information falls to be disclosed. The Company was notified:

- that Michael Greenlees, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 56 pence per ordinary share via the Placing. Following this purchase Michael Greenlees has a beneficial interest of 230,000 ordinary shares in the Company; and

- that Nick Manning, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, acquired 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 56 pence per ordinary share via the Placing. Following this purchase Nick Manning has a beneficial interest of 230,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
