NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Ebiquity announces that it has been notified today of the following transactions by certain of its directors in the ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Nick Waters, Chief Executive Officer, bought 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.32 per share. Following this transaction Nick Waters is interested in a total of 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital and 0.06% of the Company's total voting rights.
Richard Nichols, Non-executive Director, bought 100,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £0.30729 per share. Following this notification Richard Nichols is interested in a total of 200,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.24% of the Company's issued share capital and 0.26% of the Company's total voting rights.
