EAST ASSETS PLC The Company announced on 24 April 2014 that it was acquiring all theoutstanding shares of a US registered company called Travec Automotive Inc fromUnited Equity Services Assets Inc in exchange for the issuance of 6,055,000 newordinary shares in the Company and thereby becoming the new majorityshareholder of the Company. That transaction failed to complete as certain conditions in the agreement werenot fulfilled by the closing date. None of the consideration shares were issued and the Company's issued sharecapital remains at 1,068,500 ordinary shares. This is a correction to the announcement made on 5 August 2014.
