ECO Animal Health Group plc
("ECO" or the "Company")
15 April 2015
The Company have made an application for 25,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”) to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") following the exercise of share options by an employee of the Company. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 20 April 2015.
Following Admission the Company's total issued share capital will comprise 63,197,421 Ordinary Shares, of which 8,078 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, the number of shares with voting rights in issue is 63,189,343 Ordinary Shares.
