Eco Animal Health Group plc ("Eco Animal Health Group" or the "Company") Exercise of Options and Director Shareholding
On 13 January 2015, 590,900 share options have been exercised by employees of the company which requires the issue of 590,900 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (“Option Exercise”).
Accordingly, application has been made for 590,900 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 19 January 2015.
Following Admission the Company's total issued share capital will comprise 63,065,131 Ordinary Shares. Following the Option Exercise, the Directors/PDMRs made the sales as detailed below.
