ECO Animal Health Group plc, a leader in the development, registration and marketing of pharmaceutical products for global animal health markets, announces that on 7 February 2023, Tracey James, Non-executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Tracey James' total interest in the Company is 5,000 Ordinary Shares representing less than 0.01 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
