Nominated Adviser Status Update
Alexander announces that, further to its notification on 10 December 2018, the Company has identified a replacement Nominated Adviser ("Nomad"). Due diligence is ongoing and the Company is confident that the replacement Nomad will be appointed prior to 1 February 2019. A further announcement will be made in due course.
In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a replacement Nomad by 1 February 2019 the Exchange will suspend trading in the Company's AIM Securities. If the Company has failed to appoint a replacement Nomad by 4 March 2019 the admission of its AIM Securities will be cancelled.
