Director changes
The Board of Alexander announces the resignation of Matt Sutcliffe from his position as Executive Chairman and director with immediate effect due to health reasons. Alan Clegg, currently non-executive director, has been appointed as Non-executive Chairman.
Matt founded Alexander and has been a valued member of the board since the Company's flotation in 2005. The board expresses its sincere appreciation to him for his tremendous contribution over the years, and wishes him all the very best. Matt remains a supportive shareholder of the Company.
