Completion of Acquisition of UtilityTeam

eEnergy Group plc (AIM: EAAS), a leading "Energy Efficiency-as-a-Service" (EEaaS) business in the UK and Ireland, is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcements of 15 September 2021, the Company has completed the acquisition of UtilityTeam TopCo Limited and 5% of the issued share capital of UtilityTeam Trading Limited not currently owned by UtilityTeam Topco Limited).

Total Voting Rights

Following the Admission of 18,031,249 Consideration Shares (previously stated as 18,031,250 Consideration Shares) and 80,000,000 Placing Shares, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company is 344,289,339.

The above figure of 344,289,339 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company announcement of 15 September 2021.
