Update on Restructuring
e2v technologies, the specialist provider of technology solutions for high performance systems, is providing an update on its restructuring programme subsequent to the Interim Management Statement issued on 19 July 2010.
The group's restructuring activities have continued as anticipated.
In relation to the Lincoln manufacturing site closure, the first product family, representing a third of the continuing sales activities, has been successfully transferred to the main Chelmsford site and more than 50% of the planned personnel departures have taken place.
At the Grenoble site, overdue orders caused by last year's industrial disruption have now been delivered and the first phase of the restructuring plan has been completed on schedule, covering 50% of the planned personnel departures.
Trading update
As previously announced, e2v will be providing a regular trading update, for the first 6 months of its current financial year (ending 30 September 2010), on 11 October 2010.
