Charles Hindson, Group Finance Director, has informed the Board that he will not stand for re-election at next year's AGM.
Charles will remain with the Group to ensure that a smooth handover to his successor is undertaken on appointment.
Steve Blair, Group CEO, said:
"During his tenure at e2v, Charles has successfully led Group Finance, IT, M&A and Strategy, as well as the Commercial & Legal and Operations functions. He has positively contributed to the business in so many ways, and we are grateful for his considerable engagement and leadership."
Neil Johnson, Chairman of e2v, said:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Charles for his commitment to e2v, and the significant contribution he has made to the Group over the last seven years."
