e2v technologies PLC20 September 2006 20 September 2006 e2v technologies PLC e2v secures contract win worth £6.2M e2v technologies, a specialist developer and manufacturer of high technology components and sub-systems, announces a key UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) multi-year contract win worth a total of £6.2M. The £6.2M UK MOD contract is for the development and evaluation of a new high power, high bandwidth microwave transmitter from the company's Electronic Tubebusiness. e2v will be the prime contractor for the project in a consortium,which includes the University of Strathclyde and TMD Technologies Ltd. Deliveries against the contract will be completed over a three-year period.
