Awards under Deferred Bonus Plan
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1) (a).
e2v technologies plc (the Company) has made the following awards of ordinary shares on 27 June 2012 under the Deferred Bonus Plan, details of which are set out in the Remuneration Report of the Company dated 18 May 2012 within the Annual Report and Financial Statements 2012, to the following Directors of the Company (the Directors):
Keith Attwood: 52,451 shares
Charles Hindson: 41,491 shares
In the normal course of events these awards shall fully vest on 27 June 2015 provided that the recipient remains employed by the Company on that date and to the extent that the other conditions in the rules of the Deferred Bonus Plan have been satisfied. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards, which are structured as an option with a nil option price.
The total holdings of Deferred Shares held by the Directors following this grant are as follows:
Keith Attwood: 52,451 shares
Charles Hindson: 41,491 shares
The total holdings of ordinary shares of the Company held by the Directors at the date of this announcement, excluding the deferred element, are as follows:
Keith Attwood: 3,067,799 (includes 1,000,000 shares held by spouse)
Charles Hindson: 1,581,908
The Company was informed of the above transaction on 27 June 2012.
