Additional Listing Announcement

e2v announces today that application has been made for the admission of 250,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in e2v to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and may be issued pursuant to the exercise before maturity or on maturity of options granted under the Company's Save As You Earn Schemes ("SAYE schemes"), including options granted in 2010, 2011 and 2012.

These shares will rank pari passu with e2v's existing issued ordinary shares.
