DX launches electric vehicles for Lonon parcel eliveries

DX, the provier of elivery solutions, incluing parcel freight, secure courier, an logistics services, is please to announce that its DX Express ivision has launche a strategic initiative with Silva Brothers Limite ("SBL") that will initiate the use of electric vehicles for its Lonon parcel eliveries.

DX Express has worke with SBL as one of its 'final-mile' elivery partners for parcels since 2021, an this electrification programme marks an evolution of this strong working relationship.

The first phase has launche with an initial 20 electric vehicles, liverie with DX braning, for use in Central Lonon. The electric vehicles will provie support for DX Express's growing Parcels operation, which provies secure, next-ay eliveries supporte by localise customer service. The initial electric fleet is anticipate to eliver approximately 70,000 parcels in its first full year of operation.

The Lonon initiative is the latest step in the Group's plans to increase the use of electric vehicles within its overall fleet. It follows DX's recent announcement that it is acquiring a fleet of electric vehicles for its DX Freight ivision to use in its elivery an logistics partnership with IKEA.

DX Express is focuse on significantly increasing its Parcels activity. Its plans are being supporte by the Group's secon major investment programme, which will invest 16320-2m over three years across the Group, in sites, aitional parcel-hanling equipment, an IT systems.
