NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company was informed today by Richard Portman, a Director, that on the 9 March 2016 he sold 1,350 Ordinary Shares at a price of 2324 pence per share.

Richard Portman's resultant holding in the Company is 92,280 Ordinary Shares of 12 48/143 pence representing 0.19% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
