Dividend Declaration
As outlined in its preliminary results announcement on 30 July 2009, the Group is proposing a final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2009 of 0.71p per ordinary share.
If approved at the Group's Annual General Meeting to be held on 9 September 2009, this dividend will be payable on 21 September 2009 to shareholders on the Group's register at the close of business on 21 August 2009.
The dates relating to the dividend payment are as follows:
Ex-dividend date: 19 August 2009
Record date: 21 August 2009
Payment date: 21 September 2009
