Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 5p of Dillistone Group Plc in issue as at the date of this notice is 19,388,546 with each share carrying one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Dillistone Group Plc is therefore 19,388,546.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Dillistone Group Plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
