Significant extension to supply contract in Germany

Dillistone, the AIM quoted supplier of recruitment software, is pleased to announce an extension to an existing contract with the German operation of an international recruitment firm with offices in around 25 countries. The contracts won during 2011 incorporate licences, implementation services and annual support for approximately 100 FileFinder software licences. The most recent contract was signed on 2 September 2011.

The licence and implementation elements of the contract (including the extension signed on 2 September 2011) which total approximately €120,000 are likely to be realised in this financial year, as will a proportion of the support contract which totals approximately €30,000 per annum.

The Company confirms that it remains confident of achieving current market expectations for the year.

Commenting on the contract, Jason Starr, Managing Director of Dillistone, said:
