Dillistone Group Plc("Dillistone", the "Company" or the "Group") Annual General Meeting statement

At today's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') Dillistone Group Plc (AIM:DSG), a long-standing supplier of software and services to recruiters, currently in the process of transitioning to a serial acquirer, the Chair of the meeting, will make the following AGM statement:

"The first half of 2026 has seen the group prepare for its transition to the serial acquirer model. Led by our new NED Matthias Riechert, the search for our future CEO continues. We have held interviews with more than a dozen excellent candidates, and we hope to be in a position to make an announcement over the summer. 

Ikiru People, our existing business, continues to make progress. Incoming new business orders for our contingency products are ahead of internal expectations, and recurring revenue through our Talentis platform continues to accelerate rapidly. This revenue growth is likely to make Talentis cash generative in H2 and, from this point, it is expected that all of our ongoing products will make a cash contribution to the Group."
