discoverIE Group plc (LSE: DSCV, "discoverIE" or "the Company"), a leading international designer and manufacturer of customised electronics for industrial applications, announces that, on Tuesday 13 February 2024, Clive Watson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 64 Ordinary Shares pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP").
Following the acquisition, Mr Watson has an interest in 19,207 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
