Director's Shareholding

Acal plc (LSE : ACL, "Acal" or the "Company"), a leading European specialist electronics supplier, announces that it was notified by Graham Williams, Senior Non-Executive Director, on 22 September 2014 that, on that date, he acquired 21,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 241 pence per share. Following this acquisition, Mr Williams is interested in 74,900 ordinary shares in the Company (0.12% of the issued share capital).
