Director / PDMR Shareholding
discoverIE Group plc (LSE: DSCV, "discoverIE" or "the Company"), a leading international designer and manufacturer of customised electronics for industrial applications, announces that, on Wednesday 24 January 2024, Clive Watson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 18 Ordinary Shares pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP").
Following the acquisition, Mr Watson has an interest in 19,143 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
Mr Watson has also signed up to the Company's DRIP in respect of 15,375 Ordinary Shares held on his behalf by an investment adviser. DRIP purchases in respect of these Ordinary Shares will be notified separately.
