Will Gardiner, Chief Executive Officer and a PDMR, has notified the Company that on 27 October 2023 he transferred 350,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Ann Gardiner, a Person Closely Associated with Mr Gardiner.
Following the transaction, Mr Gardiner's total shareholding in the Company is 735,411 ordinary shares and Mrs Gardiner's total shareholding in the Company is 350,000 ordinary shares.
