Exercise of Share Options

Driver Group, the global professional services consultancy to construction and engineering industries, announces that, pursuant to the terms of his compromise agreement with the Company, David Brodie Stedman has on 23 September 2016 exercised nil cost options to acquire 200,000 Driver Group shares. The option exercise will be satisfied by the transfer to Mr Brodie Stedman of 200,000 Driver Group shares previously held by the Driver Group Employee Benefit Trust ("the EBT"), following which transfer the EBT will hold 396,677 Driver Group shares.
